Kempthorne President of BE-TECH and head of architectural team is a professional architect, having 25 years of experience in commercial, residential, multi-family residential, high-rise residential and hospitality construction.  As an Architectural Project Manager for many years, which has provided a wealth of experience in construction methods and Codes for multiple building types.  Mrs. Kempthorne is proficient in architectural design, project detailing and Auto Cadd preparation of documents and as a team BE-TECH has provided exterior cladding, waterproofing and roofing documents for many Architectural Design Teams. 

   

• Mrs. H.M Kempthorne experiences as an Architectural project manager in multiple architectural firms brings a perspective to architectural peer review and attention to detail which are unparalled in the waterproofing consulting industry.

 

• Mr. Paul Orr is a Structural Engineer who works to insure that the design criteria, wind pressure critera and forensic engineering is designed into the products produced by BE-TECH.

 

• Mr. Rick Bunting is a Exterior Wall Specialist with a specialty in the EIFS construction.  Mr. Bunting speciality in the wall industry is in both new construction design and forensic investigation for team BE-TECH.   

 

• Mr. Chris Chaney is our forensic water investigation specialist.  Mr. Chaney has over 20 years of experience in investigation water intrusion through the building envelope.   Mr. Chaney is an registered infrared inspector which is  to assist with visual and water testing observations for team BE-TECH.
